The bad wolf makes us feel bad about ourselves and destroys our confidence. The good wolf is positive and inspiring; full of joy, peace, love, and compassion. The good wolf makes sure we know how amazing we truly are.

These wolves constantly fight for control over us. So, which wolf will win?

We must start each day with positive self-talk and continue throughout the day telling ourselves how amazing we are. We must feed the good wolf to help it survive and thrive. Our attitude decides our actions and our actions decide our results.
