MEET REGISTRATION for 2024 is NEW!
PLEASE READ!!

USATF-sanctioned and chip-timed. OPEN to any youth runners who want to compete in a cross country race ages 4-15 whether they already run with a team or not.

A USATF Membership is NOT required to participate in any of our XC races.

ELEMENTARY PROGRAM:

All parents will register their athletes for meets. Click the buttons below to register for EACH RACE.

Age divisions are determined by BIRTH YEAR, not their current age.

All parents of REGISTERED ATHLETES have been sent an email with a link to register that includes your team-specific coupon code. PLEASE only use these codes for REGISTERED Wolfpack athletes.

Please DO NOT share codes. There are a limited numbers of codes for each team.

Siblings and friends who are not part of our program and born between 2012-2020 are WELCOME to compete. They just need to register like normal and pay the $5 meet fee.

OPEN ATHLETES:

Our meets are OPEN to ALL youth athletes (born 2009-2017) who would like to compete. Click the links below to register for races and select: Competition Team & Open Athletes.

For Meet #2 on Oct 11: athletes in the 8 & under age division may register for a 2k race instead of the 4k race.

We invite:

comp running clubs
individual runners
soccer teams
lacrosse teams
recreational runners

The Comp/Open races are competition races. If your child may prefer a less competitive race, they are welcome to register for one of our Elementary Program races.

WOLFPACK COMP TEAM:

Parents will register their athletes for our meets. Coach Rachel Small has sent out an email with a link that includes the coupon code.

If your athlete has friends who want to compete in our races, they are WELCOME to. They must register like normal and pay the meet fees, see the Open Athletes info.

FEE INCREASES:

Meet fees will increase as we get closer to the meets!

Meet #1: Fees will increase by $1 on September 16th. Then by $1 again on September 21.

Meet #2: Fees will increase by $1 on October 7. Then by $1 again on October 11.

Avoid extra fees by registering ASAP! Wolfpack coupon codes will only apply to the original $5 meet fees. Late registrations create a lot of work for our timer and organizers to ensure athletes have their bibs, hence the late fees.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION:

We will accept day-of registrations for $7 per athlete. Avoid the extra fee by registering ASAP!

Elementary Races:

1k Race - 4:30pm (boys & girls) - Pups (born 2018+)
2k Race - 4:40pm (boys & girls) - Gamma (born 2016-2017)
3k Race - 5:00pm (girls) - Beta & Epsilon (born 2015-2012)
3k Race - 5:30pm (boys) - Beta & Epsilon (born 2015-2012)

Comp/Open Race:

3k Race - 6:15pm

For comp/open race, all age divisions run together.
