Wolfpack sponsors are the backbone of our nonprofit and enable us to run smoothly and focus on supporting our athletes. Generous donations allow us to subsidize the cost of apparel, uniforms, and merch for our athletes. In addition, they support our administrative costs such as registration fees, keeping our website and social media accounts going, and ensuring our insurance is up-to-date.
Our amazing sponsors made it possible to have our Wolfpack pop-up tents our first year; making us look professional and increasing our visibility at meets.

Scholarships
Breaking barriers for youth athletes.
We are committed to ensuring that financial struggles are never the reason an athletes cannot join our Pack.
Through the generosity of sponsors like you, we are able to provide a handful of scholarships to families facing financial challenges, allowing their children to participate in our Elementary and Comp Team programs.
Coach Stipends
Supporting those who inspire.
Our dedicated coaches are the heart of our Pack, pouring their time, energy, and expertise into developing our athletes. Many of them volunteer to ensure every runner has the opportunity to grow and succeed.
Sponsorship donations enable us to provide small stipends to our head coaches as a token of appreciation for their contributions. With well over 30 coaches across our two programs, these stipends help us retain passionate and skilled individuals who are instrumental in shaping the future of our athletes.
Travel Assistance
Opportunities beyond the finish line.
For many of our comp team athletes, the opportunity to compete at regional or national meets is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. For some families, the cost of travel can be a barrier to participation.
In 2024, Wolfpack provided travel assistance for one athlete to compete at USATF Jr Olympic Track & Field Regionals in Montana and supported three athletes in their journey to Cross Country Nationals in Indiana.

Sponsor benefits are for the 2025 track & field and cross country seasons and end December 31, 2025. All sponsors must send their company logo(s) in vector format to media@wolfpackrunning.org. All banners, signage, flyers, and booth materials (if applicable) will be provided by sponsor.
Nonprofit Sponsorship looks different for everyone
We welcome partnerships in lieu of a monetary donation in the form of running-related products or gear, athletic training, sports therapy, and any other kind of product or service that benefits our programs and athletes.
