Run with the Wolves - 2025 XC Series
Registration is OPEN for our 2025 Wolfpack XC Series Meets. Come and Run with the Wolves! We are hosting two cross country meets this season and they are OPEN to any youth athletes who would like to sign up. No USATF membership is required and you don’t even have to be part of a running club.
Remember that all age divisions are based on an athlete's BIRTH YEAR, not their current age.
PLEASE note which type of athlete your child is:
Elementary Program:
- Registered with one of our 15 Wolfpack Elementary Teams? Your coach will register your team!
- Siblings and friends of Elementary athletes are invited to compete too. They need to register and pay the meet fee.
Wolfpack Comp Team:
- Athletes who are on the Wolfpack Competition Team will be registered by Coach Rachel.
- Parents, please mark the Meet Declaration to indicate if your athlete will be competing (pst, it's in the Sunday email).
Open Athletes:
Any athletes who are 18 and under are invited to compete in the Comp/Open race. This includes:
- Competition running clubs/teams
- Soccer teams
- Lacrosse teams
- Football teams
If you are an athlete on a comp team, please only register for the comp/open races. Our Elementary races are for our Elementary Program athletes and their friends and siblings.
Races are $6 per person per race or $10 if you register for both dates (using the same bib). Because we use electronic timing chips in our bibs, if a bib gets lost, it’s $10 for a replacement.
We will be accepting day-of registrations at $10 per athletes, but pre-registering is very much appreciated to avoid long lines the day of our races. We can only accept cash or Venmo to @wolfpackyouthrunning.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3rd - Register Here
Join us at Wardle Fields Regional Park on Friday, October 3rd for our first meet. We'll start with our Elementary program races with a 1k, 2k, and 3k race for different age divisions and finish with our Comp/Open 3k race. All ages and genders will run together in the Comp/Open race.
The first 4 races are for our 15 Elementary program teams, but they are also OPEN to any youth runners who aren't a part of our program who want to experience a cross country race in a fun and supportive environment. This includes any siblings of our comp team runners, friends, neighbors, anyone in kindergarten thru 6th grade.
Race Times:
1k - Pups boys & girls born 2019+ - 4:30pm
2k - Gamma boys & girls born 2017-2018 - 4:40pm
3k - Beta & Epsilon girls born 2013-2016 - 5:00pm
3k - Beta & Epsilon boys born 2013-2016 - 5:30pm
3k - Comp/Open Race - 6:00pm

2k - Gamma boys & girls born 2017-2018 - 4:40pm
3k - Beta & Epsilon girls born 2013-2016 - 5:00pm
3k - Beta & Epsilon boys born 2013-2016 - 5:30pm
2k/4k - Comp/Open Race - 6:00pm
-Ages 8 & under will run 2k, ages 9+ will run 4k. They will all run together.

We will have awards for 1st through 6th place in each age division an both meets. Wolfpack merch will also be available for sale near the registration tent.
