Run with the Wolves XC Meets - How to Register
Step by step instructions on how to register for our 2024 XC Meet Series
PLEASE READ!!
Remember that all age divisions are based on an athlete's BIRTH YEAR, not their current age.
PLEASE note which type of athlete your child is:
Elementary Program:
Registered with one of our 14 Wolfpack Elementary Teams.
Siblings and friends of Elementary athletes may compete too. They need to pay the meet fee.
Open Athletes:
Any athlete who isn't one of the first two. This includes other comp XC teams, soccer teams, lacrosse teams, individual athletes, and recreational runners.
Wolfpack Comp Team:
Registered with our Wolfpack Competition Team.
Register for Races
Step 1: Go to the RunSignup page for either the Sep 23 race or Oct 11 race and select a race for your athlete. Remember that distances and age divisions are based on their BIRTH YEAR, not their current age.
If you are a Comp Team athlete, an individual athlete, a recreational runner, or on another comp team or soccer team, select the Competition Teams and Open Athletes race. A USATF membership is not required.
For the Oct 11 comp/open races, if your athlete is in the 8 & under age division, they may select the 2k race option.
Step 2: Fill in the parent and athlete info. It will have you create a password if you're new to RunSignup.
*If you've ever registered for a race using RunSignup (i.e. Runtastic races) then your info may already be saved.
Step 3: Select your child's race! Pay attention to BIRTH YEAR to ensure they are placed in the correct age division and race distance.
Siblings, neighbors, and friends are WELCOME to sign up and race too. They just need to pay the $5 race fee.
Step 4: Select your athlete's team.
If you are registering a sibling or a friend of an Elementary Program athlete, you are welcome to register them with the same team.
If you are an Open athlete, you are welcome to create a team if you belong to another running club, a soccer team, etc.
Step 5: Finish your Registration. You can opt to add a donation to Wolfpack Youth Running nonprofit or you can skip.
For WOLFPACK ELEMENTARY ATHLETES: Enter your team's code into the box. (this may already be filled in for you). This will bring the fee to $0 since meet fees are included in your program registration.
PLEASE do not share your code. Please do not use this code when registering a sibling or friend.
If you are NOT a Wolfpack athlete, the meet fee is $5 per race, plus a small administrative fee.
Once you have everything filled out, click on COMPLETE REGISTRATION. Make sure you've received an email confirmation.
Registering for Both Races:
If you are using a Wolfpack coupon code, please register for EACH race individually.
Race #1 - Sep 23 ~ Race #2 - Oct 11
If you're not on a Wolfpack team, you are welcome to use this link to register for both races in one go.
