Last Friday our Pack headed to Art Dye Park in American Fork for the TwiKNIGHT cross country invitational meet hosted by Lone Peak High School. Click here for the official results.
Most of our coaches were up in Boise at Bob Firman XC, so our older athletes took charge and lead the team in a warm up and to make sure the new athletes on our team understood how to follow the course.
Our Pack all raced together in a 1.5 miles race, all age groups, and they raced against a handful of clubs and middle school teams from Utah County. Join me in wishing these athletes a congrats for placing in the top 20:
